SOLUTION
Hello class and professor
During the simulation with Mr. Monsoor, I felt comfortable, to say the least, and knowledgeable, though there were moments of uncertainty, particularly regarding the specifics of his medical history and some tests. I learned a great deal about the importance of thorough patient assessment and the need for detailed history-taking to understand a patient’s condition fully. I think that the case provided all the details and nothing to be added. Specific questions I would like to ask him include: “Can you describe your current living conditions and the events that led to it”
In my community, there are several resources available for those who are homeless.
